The Mid-Hudson Children's Museum educators will be leading half
day camps for ages 4 - 6 year-olds. Each session has a special theme
and will include hands-on activities, crafts, snack, story time
discovery time in the museum and a museum t-shirt. Every session
will conclude with a presentation by the campers based on the theme
of the week. Parents, grandparents, guardians and friends are invited
to come to the presentation.

River Discovery |

| Come and discover the Hudson River
Estuary. Campers will examine live creatures from the Hudson
River and the Fallkill Creek. They will take an incredible journey
as a tiny drop of water in the water cycle game. Campers will
create fish sponge paintings, fish rubbings and special monocular

STARLAB planetarium. Campers will create a flying saucer spaceship,

Explorers |
Campers
will become museum experts as we explore one exhibit area each
day. Climb through our heart exhibit and find out how to keep
your heart healthy. Bubble experts will be popping out of our
bubble exhibit. In our Hand-On History exhibit, campers will
learn about the famous ride of Sybil Ludington. Campers will
travel with their own passports while exploring storefronts
of our RiverTown exhibit. Cost
