Day turns into night as campers enter our inflatable planetarium - STARLAB. Finding stars and constellations like Polaris, the North Star and the Big Dipper will be easy when campers use their very own painted star umbrella.

Experience the activities and lifestyles of the first people who inhabited the Mid-Hudson Valley, the Algonquian Native Americans. Campers will mold a clay pot, dramatize companion planting, play Native American games and more! A Native American guest artist will engage campers in a dynamic storytelling session.
Fossils and Fun

From dinosaurs to mastodons, encounter creatures who roamed the earth long ago. Young paleontologists will dig for fossils and learn how to make their own. Experience the Great Ice Age in our Hyde Park Mastodon exhibit. Climb up the tree to gaze into the eye of our 12-foot tall mastodon!
Nature Explorers

The Hudson River comes to life in the cozy confines of our camp classroom. Campers will examine bugs and fish from the river, play the water cycle game.
Crazy Concoctions

nvestigate the properties of different substances and create science concoctions that fizz, pop and swish! Through hands-on methods and observation, young scientists will create exciting chemical reactions such as ooblick!
Art Odyssey

Set your imagination free with paint, clay, papier mâché and more! Budding artists will explore different art techniques every day using a range of familiar and unusual materials. Express yourself with individual and collaborative projects!
